only time mine has played up is when the driveshaft popped out of the cv joint due to the internal circlip failing but that is the only time its stopped me getting from a-b

no nothing what so ever. it was just on full left lock and popped out, so how does the shaft stay connected into the cv joint?

just had a quick look and it seems that it has not cum out of the hub but come out where the cv boot is jubilee clipped on??? hope you understand what im trying to explain

i will get a pic up 2moro because its hard to explain. where the teeth on the drive shaft slide in to the teeth on the hub it just looks like its slid out????

if any of you gurus could shed sum light on how the f**k this has happened i would much aprreiciate it

Nah it doesnt work out that much. He makes a little bit of money picking items up on the way back so he doesnt mind really. Plus he gets to c his grandson which he doEsnt very oftn becaus im in germany

well so far noticed my driveshaft boot has split. could any1 tell me how to resolve the problems below What is its purpose and does it matter that theres a split in it? what is this metal ring next to the abs ring? its loose and not fixed to anything, also there isnt 1 on the passanger side.

ye its just i work in germany and would need a tempory solution so i could drive back to the uk.
