    Clio on 5th Gear

I'm sure that 5th Gear have put a Clio 182 round their track and I'm sure that it posted a slightly faster time than a Boxster (not the S however). I don't suppose anyone can find the link for it or a table with the times on it as I can't find it, or failing that can confirm my...

    Safe level of nitrous?

Just wondered what size jets it's safe to use on a standard 182 engine with a wet nitrous kit (probably wizards of nos)?

Part ex with a car you owe money on.

Just wondering, if you have a car that you've bought that still owes lots of finance on it (bought from renault using their finance company) can you part ex it in another garage? If so how does it work? Does the garage (not renault) you want to get the second car from just transfer the finance...

    slow 197

Don't worry about it. A 106 gti is a fast car and probably wasnt standard. I had a cammed & remapped vts (pretty much the same car) and I reckon it was about as fast as my 182. Once you get your car loosened up and are more familiar with it you'll give it a beating (depending on the gtis mods)

    182 cup pack?

What does the cup pack get you on a 182? Is it Exalto's, darker alloys and suspension upgrade? Could these (exalto's, suspension, alloys) be ordered seperately or is the only way to get these by ordering the cup pack as a whole. Thanks

How can you tell if a 182 has the cup suspension upgrade?

Just wondeing as I read a review where it stated that the cup upgrade included the darker alloys? My 182 has the alloys, but when I bought it (used) I didn't think it had had the upgrade. How can you tell? * Yes, I realised I mis-typed the thread title thanks. D'oh!

    Just bought a 182

£37 is pretty good. I'll be aiming for about that if possible. I was just curious to know who other people had found reasonable when insuring. I'm 28 full no claims with clean licence. Dirctline quoted me £490, Flux £660, Norwich Union £900! When the Norwich Union chap asked what I thought...

    Just bought a 182

Having owned a cammed/remapped vts (which was beginning to go wrong more than I cared for) I decided to trade it in for a silver 05 182. Initial impressions are good. Probably comparable in performance, but 182 pulls better from lower down. Feels much more solid and having all the toys is...
