Having had a 42" LCD for a couple of years & been more than happy ,i decided to go for a plasma for the bedroom ,happy with the panasonic plasma but my only 1 gripe would be ,when the tv screen is...
so if they didnt tell you (which does sound like a case for you ) did you not ask yourself how much this was costing ??
If someone you were speaking with about a service never discussed prices with you i know i would have wanted to know what i was getting myself into & what charges i could...
if you needed to activate a line to your house in order that the line can be used for broadband there will have been a fee for this ,i know for a new connection is 124.99 ,if there has been a line in before i think this can be reduced but you would probably have to query this ,however costs etc...

My old man has just bought himself a new laptop .
Got it wireless, which is fine if he's in the same room as the modem but as soon as he takes it anywhere else in the house he loses signal .
Any thoughts ? never had this problem before personally .
Cheers
ah well ,that doesn't actually surprise me .... maybe different exchange explains speeds but as for money ,24 quid connection fee then 14 per month with Be ,0 connection fee then 12.50 a month with O2.
Either way anyone thinking of Broadband go down the route of O2 over Be,save some doe.
Just got this & well chuffed .... had Be for the last year & not to impressed with it ,frequently had drop-out etc .
So far the speeds are like night & day & cheaper per month also :D
