I always see a blue 172 with a woman driving with an exhaust and some stickers i think by the perton sewage works most weekdays.
The car your on about i do beleive is on here. I think he has been spotted in bridgnorth by baz.
VIC checks don't check repairs.
I would and have bought write offs before but I repaired them myself.
Nothing wrong providing its been repaired correctly so details on damage/photo evidence/bodyshop invoice is a good start.
So just leave it at suspension and brakes. Don't bother touching the engine, it's not worth it. Do you not think your insurance is gonna shoot up with all these mods and a "twingo" engine transplant... even though it doesn't make good power an insurance company is gonna see it as a non-std...
You'll kick yourself in a couple of years for wasting all that cash on a 1.2 clio if you do it.
Seriously consider either waiting til your 21 and getting a 172 or try getting a quote on a 172 at 20.
I had a 172 at 21 and paid around £1200-1300 iirc. Can't remember exact sum.
Well if you source the parts yourself i.e - direct from jenvey you could get it inc managment for under £1.5k i think. Then you would need it fitting unless you did that yourself. There's a few guy's on here that are pretty handy and have fitted itbs themself, whether they would do it for you at...
A lot.
Direct to head "trumpets" rather than an inlet manifold with an airbox.
Then you can either just have a sausage filter covering the 4 trumpets or you can have them enclosed into its own kind of airbox.
Probably 40bhp gain over std now?
They need a standalone ecu unless someone...
Has he got a sponsor or something? What is AT DTH? Do you mean AWT?
Bet he'll be gutted if he spends all that cash and gets no gain. Tell him I said hi.
Oh and hello Laura.
Wow i thought you knew me then but I don't think that was aimed at me.
I tend to buy and sell cars quicker than I change underwear. I get bored easily.
The only problem with these car's is that they are not exactly easy to sell on.

wtf, why has he removed them?
All that money I spent on that car just to be removed lol.
So let me get this straight, you removed the itbs to have more itbs fitted?
I purchased one of these tv's as a refurbed unit and instantly regretted it. The screen had lines all down it and the colours were awful, skys looked purple and the images were really pixelated.
Anyway i've taken the refurbed unit back and i'm going to get a brand new one...I do like the spec...
Doesn't look a great deal of damage from the pictures especially to write it off as cat-c. Which makes me wonder whether it's had any impact on the chassis leg or suspension/steering rack etc.
I'd definately consider going for the H&R's over the fk's. I've had fk silverlines before and i've had leda suspension. I've been out in cars with H&R's and they are a quality setup for the money. The fk's are very hard, even with the dampening set at soft.
I'd save and pay the extra if it...
A jig is a measuring tool, a dozer is what does the pulling. The jig I use just uses 4 sill clamps so what you say would not apply. It doesn't neccessarily mean he will see chequered areas on parts of the car. Whats wrong with wrapping a chain around a member? Shouldn't leave much of a mark with...
