Yeah I get a similair noise from mine. It always happens on long sweeping bends when excellerating hard. Probably starts at 3.5K onwards. Im gonna take it in soon for that and the rattles. Ill let you know what Reno say. Cheers Stuart

You guys should feel lucky! My other half has a Dci and hers has been in for the following: - Recall 1 - Replacement Sump bolts - While replacing them the dealer found a crack in the block after only 12,000 miles. Car was gone for nearly 2 weeks for a new engine. Recall 2 - Seat belt...

Bit of a Trek but there is a really good Renault Dealer in Skipton called Nicolas Smiths Tel - 01756 792277. Theyre a smaller family based dealer that have been around for longer than I can remember. Always got an old Gordini or similar outside in for service/repair so that must be a good sign...

Ive just picked up my 172 today after being made to wait 6 weeks :( But my question is why have I wasted all of these years driving boring cars like the scooby sport etc....when I could have had a car that is like having Jakki Degg (if spelt right?) serving you breakfast in bed naked!!?? GOD...

What mods have you guys done? If any? Have you got any pics of yours?

I think the import centre does the main of the PDi (Pre Inspection Delivery) But mine failed on the seat belt pre-tensioners....who needs them...Im not going to have an accident...I hope :)
