it'll be locked at 60 to keep tearing to a minimum. the human eye doesnt really notive any change over 30fps anyway tbh, these people that claim they can tell when theyer fps dropped from 100 down to 60 or something are talking crap.

amazing cinematic yes, but it shows nothing of the game. itll be the normal MMORPG affair, level up as fast as possible, if not, fail. star trek online will be better i rekon.

agreed, your load times will go down but at best you'll get 1-2fps in game improvement, if that. Not worth it at thier current price/size ratio. then theres the risk of them failing, as is the inherent problem with flash memory, ur just constntly thrapshing the same parts of the memory, which...

im contemplating a new rig too, RAGE is out next year and Doom4 the year after so I might wait a bit though.

its only 80mm, had to dremel a 120mm one in the bottom of the case to house the radiator. Old case, only 80mm fan mounts, grrr.

were a few of those used in the paper? i reconised a couple.

it is at 3.6ghz, its a 2ghz chip out the box so thats quite a serious overclock, 1.6Vcore running through it, air cooling doesnt really cut it. Plus i just fancied liquid cooling for the awesome-ness. :cool:
