My dad has a pair on the rear of his Golf, still have 5mm after 50,000 miles lol! Think his fronts went after about 35/40,000 miles.

I had a Pioneer head unit in mine. Plugs straight in, you'll need an adaptor for the steering controls - I didn't bother. There's a route where you can put an ipod cable from the rear of the head unit into the glovebox.

Where are you based? I had some paintwork done in Walthamstow, the place looks dodgy but the work was very good at a reasonable rate. My mate does Range Rover conversions every week and all of their kits get sent there. Let me know if you want his details. It's next to St James' Park station so...
