Lightened/forged low comp, 630cc injectors, gt2860rs and gen90
fully rebuilt with arp bolts, total seal piston rings, forged rods and low comp pistons.
currently mine is 220hp low pressure turbo but been building this from a spare engine. Hoping for a genuine 300-350.
There was one at a main dealer for £18995 a few months ago, agree that this one is silly cheap but nobody want a high tax bracket/10-12mpg 4x4 in the current climate.
There are plenty of video clips on YouTube, including a few with similar damage, compressed air cans turned upside down so they spray cold, then a heat gun, slide hammers with the end stuck onto the panel and then pdr tools to finish off.

When I worked at Mercedes there was a guy upstairs that had one, someone had to take his wheelchair out to him every morning, and then every now and again go round his house and tip it back on its wheels as the kids used to push it over (harsh) made a right racket.
Corsa c's are terrible if your trying to get an air lock out, I always have to use my pressure tester, does the car overheat? If all is running fine engine side it will just be blocked or an air lock.
