Is it still running 2 lambda sensors? If yes switch them round as there the same bar the length of cable, I'd be surprised if the engine would have lasted if it was running that bad on the original map, let alone the owner parting with over 3k for a dog of a car, I remember the car on eBay and...
I fitted exactly the same setup to my clio and had the same issue, but because it actually stopped the car ok and I knew the calipers/pins were ok I just kept driving it and it sorted itself out, maybe the disk/pad combo is v slightly to wide.
The difference is abs rings, maybe they mean send them off to get reconditioned? Personally I'd buy new from renault as most will tell you on the forum.
Airbag Ecu usually under the dash in front of the gear stick bolted to the floor, if you match the part numbers it should be plug and play, it's not a mot fail though.
Rs tuner will be locked to that car, you can get it unlocked by henk, you won't get a lpt map for a Rs tuner, did you try backing the boost off? Or have you even tried driving it with no boost?
This is what I have done on my current clio and my last one, pull the passenger carpet down from under the dash until you can see a pressed shape in the body off the car, in the dead centre of said shape drill a hole and fit a rubber grommet, this will put you your wire out just above the abs...
An after market belt will be fine what do people class as a genuine belt? Renault? It's a conti-tech belt made by continental, as Daniel said piece of string around the pulleys, or go by the measurement on the belt you have and add 10-15mm
