...well mr captain dumpvalve (ive seen you at the drivethru with your mates in their rsts!) youre having to turbocharge your common 172 to avoid serious embarrassment from the lower (although not much) and wider and meaner looking, and not red! real drivers clio......

....how about a honda civic, the little hatch one. they do a 1.6i-16 (130bhp) or a 1.6 v-t (155 or 160BHP, not sure). both are rapid, cheap to buy and are economical. parts could be pricey though, not sure. pugboy p.s.... or i know someone whos selling a cracking 306 s16 for just £3400...

sean..hmmmm, sounds like a raw deal. surely you could buy one over here and take it back to your country...im pretty sure theyd have to let you have the TLC pack cause i expect it would be against european law for them not to allow you to buy it with the same options as every other punter..i...

...servicings very cheap, i looked into one before i ordered the clio. i didnt buy one cause it was out of my price range and theyre also supposed to be thirsty (tell im getting old). with all new minis is a tlc pack which for 100 quid you get five years free servicing, parts and labour. not...

..simon, no i havent, so im still a pugboy at the moment. im changing my name to fun in a c-cup as suggested by girlracer unless i think of something better in the meantime. take delivery in early sept. all being well. pugboy

...good idea, you can save quite a bit as long as the insurance penalty isnt too great. at the car park, put the passenger window down and lean over, while youre stretching think about the five or so grand youve saved and it wont piss you off so much. pugboy

delboy sounds ok, its basically a seven grand loan over three years paying 1500 quid interest over the term..not sure what percentage that works out at.... mines a uk model too, there are no imports available as it is being launched here first as i understand it. i just happened to stumble...
