The next car is not going to be smaller than a 2.0ltr.. Had enough of small engined cars.
If a decent 182 is around in 3 years, then I look forward to it..
^ ^ Ecotec Valve removal. The original pipe has been severed to get it on, and i've had samco vacuum piping to cover it. Been like this for a while, but it's been at the back of my mind because I want to get a new original vacuum hose going into the plenum. Because the charcoal canister is part...
Yea, I have a K&N panel filter as well mate. The only reason I ask is because I have a 75mm Pipercross cold air feed running to my box, going to where the original pipe was located and I feel the filter would work much better if it can get cooler air into it, so if you improve the cold air feed...
Yea i'm aware now, and I wasn't arguing the fact he has a sport, all I was actually trying to say without causing an arguement was I've never heard of the Campus sport before because I have never come across/ heard of such a thing and I was led to believe by alot of people on here that the...
Ah right, I didn't know they did a Campus Sport, but after looking at the Reno website I can see that they are. Is it just the new shaped Campus that's the sport then? (with the longer boot) Oh well. But yes, I have never seen one, that's why I was confused!!
Oh dear.. I'm not entirely sure there is such a thing as a Sport Campus (well news to me if there is, as I apparently have the "Sport" 1.2!!). Are you sure the previous owner wanted to feel cool by spraying the bumpers and sticking 'Sport' on the side? I can honestly say i've never seen those...
You'll be lucky to get 200 quid lower IMO. Just phone insurer's up, that's the only real way your going to find out lol!!
Just out of interest.. A Campus Sport? Enlighten me please.. :S
The charcoal canister vacuum pipe which goes into the plenum chamber can it be just taken off the charcoal canister without any problems or do you have to depressurise the fuel lines going into the charcoal canister?
The only reason I ask is because I want to replace the vacuum pipe going in...
What you need is a K&N Panel filter and 75mm Pipercross cold air feed. That's what i've done to my 1.2 and I find it's much better than the standard set up that the car came with, i.e. such as acceleration and doesn't suffer so bad with heat soak. Also now with hotter weather coming, it will be...
Well I think I have nothing to loose by replacing my standard grill, so I may as well get 1. I was aware of the price and I have the part number here so I'll end up getting 1 ordered at the weekend most likely.
And yea, i'll pop down in the eve' and see what's going on down the strip if you...
Personally I think they just dont want you to have 17's on because its non standard. Anything up to 2 inches bigger than your original factory standard wheel is ok, it is recommended not to fit anything over 2 inches then standard because it can cause problems.
That garage is talking chocolate...
Shall I get the Renault Sport front grill for my little 1.2?
Seeing as every other 1.2 here probably has it as standard now, shall I jump on the band wagon too?
Suprised you haven't mentioned the rattles yet either. My interior has been well looked after, but then again im the second owner and I treat it to a vacuum and dash wipe down every weekend and nobody smokes or eats in my car. The only marks I have are on the metal strip by the key ignition...
Just out of interest, if you are not interested in cars, why are you on a Clio enthusiasts forum??
I don't think car forums were set up because people don't have any interest in them lol.
