Welcome to CS.. Pay the fiver and become a real man! :p
Also the car would of looked much nicer without the Fiesta getting it's nose in lol.
Only joking, lovely Clio mate.
I would imagine being factory wheels, not alot. They may even not count them as a mod because the are classed as "wheels non-standard optional extra"..
So you may get away with it :)
Different, but nice mate. Keep it up! :D
Your gonna get pwned though.. Waiting for comments like "take off those lexarse led's" or "those wheels are gash"
I bought mine from halfrauds for like a tenner and read the packaging thoroughly and it didn't say anywhere on the box that it is for show use only.
I've had my silvatec bulbs in for ages and had no problems. It's also had an MOT with them in and still passed with flying colours.
Worse case...
You need Polyutherane skirts mate.
With Polyutherane you can bend the plastic alloy on itself and it will return to 180 degrees and not snap or kink. Also if you get polyutherane and you manage to ground your car it won't snap or crack like fiberglass will.
You need a hacksaw and a bag to catch all the plastic sh*t that flies off it.
Before you do anything, take off the gear nob gear direction cap that is on the top of the gear nob (you know, the bit that says 1-2-3-4-5-R), that is simple .. you can just take it off with your fingers.
Now the...
^ ^ Only cut the rubber skin right down to the metal shaft. Do not cut the button that you push. The best thing to do is cut it lengh ways and keep sawing it until you hear it and feel it get to the metal shaft. Then cut the top of the handbrake width ways, again down the the metal shaft. Once...
I do believe you can just unclip it with your hand. It's held on by plastic spring clips. Just need to make sure you don't pull to hard or they will snap.
Handbrake has to be hack sawed off as well. I also used a flat end screw driver to lever the rubber off. Took me 15 mins for handbrake, took me 3 quarters of an hour to saw off the gearnob.
Those looks ze best IMO. (only chose the top pic cause' of the ladies obv..). Your car now looks really good! - I did like the look of those multi-spoked jobbies you had.
Where did you get the FCS May 2006 bumper stickers from, Dutty? I would like that for my car for this year's show..
Unlucky mate.. She doesn't even have the balls to own up and offer money to get it repaired - B*tch.
Here's a tip.. Next time you meet up with your mate in the green car, park your's a few roads away from hers ;)
Or alternatively, to get your own back, when she arrives stand at the back of...
The KA has been properly modded, so at least it has not been bodged or rushed. Deffinately a girls car though, and I would actually cry If I saw a guy drive it.
^ ^ I'm not going to argue. Everybody is entitled to thier own opinion. So fair play to your thoughts. I'm happy with them, which is all that really matters.
:)
Dude, it's a 1.2.. It's sh*t slow anyway.. 17's tbh only knocks a couple of seconds of your acceleration anyway. Those wheels match your car a treat.. If you want better speed and acceleration, get a 182/ 172 mate.
I don't think the people on here who have owned 182/ 172's for a very long time have given you 'silly' reasons to be fair to them. It just comes across from you that you make out the 197 to be a superior car compared to the 182 and 172 - That is why people are objecting. The 197 has only just...
My wheels aren't 'gash' thank you. They were quite expensive and by no means at the cheap end of the market. Everybody is entitled to do what they want to thier car and it's blatently obvious that people's thoughts will clash about what is nice and what isn't nice. They only way you find these...
