60 quid for F1s.....where did you see that. I paid 205 quid for two fitted, I was mugged I reckon. They are much better than the contis in my opinion though, and they are lasting much longer. The contis only lasted 7.5k, the f1s have already done that and have loads of tred left.
They didnt seem to spot anything on mine, broken wiper, broken headlight washer. Mind you they tried to tell me it was more expensive because it was a cup........they are muppets.
When I first rang up to book it in, the women didnt believe me that it needed servicing, she said I needed to wait...
I just had my car serviced yesterday in Basingstoke, they tried to charge me £205 for the 12k service. It seemed a lot to me, I am sure I have heard people mention figures a lot lower? I complained and they knocked £20 off, but they kept saying it is expensive because it is a 2 year service...
I was thinking w**k week at work was quite funny, maybe something odd to do for comic relief. Beats the tw*t in our office who is playing guitar and singing beatles songs all day to raise money. I should have stayed at home..... Things can only get better!!
I got an import 172 from trade sales in Slough, it came with a two year warranty so I bought an extra third year warranty from them for £300. Having read some posts on here, I found out that I could get the third year warranty from Renault UK for free. I spoke to Anna Hurley (the girl mentioned...
All the police will do if they spot a car without car tax is give the details to the DVLA. So I guess if the DVLA know you are getting tax, and that the fact they lost the form is on their records then go ahead and drive it. I would drive it.
Just replaced my fronts after 8,500 miles. Got Eagle F1s, £205 for two, is that expensive? I thought it was expensive, but I didnt shop around so cant really complain.
CUPSIZE - your coming at this from the wrong angle, most people drive on the roads with no racing experience and no thought of driving as fast as possible. ABS helps them stop quicker (this point is proven) if they are in conditions that make their wheels lock. It may not be something that is...
Id rather have a scooby, but there are additional running costs. 86k miles is lot for a scooby, so you did the right thing. I would only buy a new / not very old scooby and only if I could afford to run it. When I bought the 172 I was also looking at a new wrx, but decided that although I might...

Just a small point, regarding the placement of the logo. I think the black/grey background and alignment is decided as below (same as Geoff piccys), but I think it looks better with the logo slightly in from the edge like below, rather than touching the edge of the mat on your last pictures...

Like the colour logo, with black background. I have been looking for some decent mats for a while, these are perfect. The pictures above from Geordiepaul (without heelplate) are the best IMO.

I got my 172 from trade sales in Slough, and have nothing stamped in my service book. Renault have told me that to validate the three year pan European warranty they need a photocopy of the service book with the authentication stamp from the dealer in the service book.
Should it have been...
