Though it would be but just wanted to confirm. Watch out for me, in a black 182 with small Edinburgh cruise stickers on side rear windows. I'm sure I'll notice all of you's
Thanks for asking for me mate, it would be ideal with it not being busy but it's to short notice. Think I'll book up for a track Scotland one in June gives me a chance to get some good tires and brakes on the car.
Well after crashing I want to refresh my suspension/steering. The crash caused only bodywork damage but the front right wheel took the weight of the car on it as it landed in the field :S
Basically want to get new ball joints, track rod ends and going to get camber bolts too. What about the...
Original pilot sports on the front westlakes on the rear atm, hence the car being in the bodyshop! So the likes of toyo's should be ok on the rear then.
I'm getting compensation for a damaged tyre from a pothole, I'm going to get a pilot sport 3 so I think I'll buy another one myself so I'll have to ps3s on the front. My rear tires are a crap brand so I want to change those as well but don't have the money for ps3s on the back. I was thinking of...
If people actually read my post I didn't say I had a problem with old people driving them they just aren't exactly the target market so wondered why these people had them. When I reach that age I wouldn't go for a cs I don't think, I'd go for something more "grown up"
This is the second time in 2 days I've seen old people driving a Clio sport what's the deal with it? Was heading to the gym on Wednesday night ad saw an old guy driving a standard black 172 he had White hair and I would guess was over 60. Next day on the way home from work I see a woman 50+ I...
I replaced one at the weekend still got to do the other side later this week. akward job because the centre box is in the way of the adjuster to loosen off the cables. Also where the cable joins to the caliper the metal section on the cale needs whacked/pushed out the caliper.
Mines just has part numbers and on the invoice just says handbrake cable for both. Just worried as one is yellow (one on car is yellow) and one is black but one on the car is blue?
Swapped the blue snapped one for the black and it seems identical and fits ok, going to fit the other side...
Got 2 handbrake cable from renault today for my 182 ff
part numbers: 8200228260 and 8200228347
Also if they are correct which one is for which side?
Thanks
Not sure if this is the right section but can anyone put up pics of a black Clio with a carbon front diamond as I'm thinking of getting one but the only pic I've seen of one on a black car made the badge look almost blue/grey which is putting me off.
Thanks
Can you still drive the car if the air bag ecu is removed? I'm sending mine off to get reprogrammed after one airbag went off so want to know if I can use the car when it's away.
I've had my car mapped at rstuning and would phone them for advice but obv there shut on Sunday. If I unhook my battery whilst fitting a new air bag will this clear the map from the ecu?
I thought black was an easy match too. I'm needing to get a few panels painted so wanting to do it in stages because I don't have all the money at the moment bit if it all needs blended then I would probs have to get it done on a one'r
What does this actually mean? If I was to get a door sprayed I know it would need blended to the 1/4 panel but what exactly does that mean? Does it just mean the paint is mixed to be the same as the 1/4 panel and not just an off the shelf colour? Or does it mean the 1/4 panel will get sprayed as...
Passenger air bag went of after a small mishap. Can I just use a resistor like people do when they put aftermarket seats in to cure the lights being on? And will this also mean that the other air bags are activated again?
Thanks.
Yeah hope so but just been reading about how expensive replacing the sear air bag is.
That's a good time mate, I've still not been up the 1/4 mile in the Clio.
