No all you need is the v5 from you current car, retention document , your current tax disc they will give you a new tax disc with you personal number plate on it with a letter to say that is has been accepted then you will get your new v5 though the post
just got back from the dvla done it over the counter got my tax disc v5 should be with me in 5 days drove home on the original plate you have 2 days to change them so going to put them on now im home job done wasnt as hard as i thought

Cheers have had a look but it doesnt say that i cant do it over the counter i have been told buy a car salesman that they wouldnt do a transfer over the counter but would put a private plate on and give me a new tax disc there and then . I think the best thing to do is phone and ask the question
So what am i thinking about.? Im sure they stoped you doing something by going to the dvla office you could take it down but would have to wait for it to come back via the post

Go for it mate got mine 2 weeks ago and you will love it Ive got LY with all the options except the folding mirrors. I did have a look at that one on the net and was going to pop down when i was looking if you think about it it would be 19800 with all those options and i don't think they will...
When i had my 182 it didnt really get that low about 28mpg ish now the 197 is that low about 24mpg i dont get much above that have you tryed to reset the trip computer that might help
My 182 was £600 protected ncd that £85 in that price im 23 4 year ncd no points on the driveway and when i got my r27 last week there was no difference on my insurance
How has everyone changed there sidelights had a look today the drivers side looks ok but passanger i cant get my hand down there is there an easy way to do it

Thats where i got mine from £25 for 4 then your 10% for being a cliosport member they look much better had them in my 182 and put them in my r27 when i got that last week
