As above, considering putting a set of 17s on my 1.8 16v and am curious to know much it will actually slow it down by! Will it really be that mcuh more noticable? has anyone got an examples (1/4 miling) of what the effects will be? Thanks!

Been looking at pictures of 1.8 valvers and have noticed a few with the centre console (bit with the gear lever coming through it) in black. Could anyone tell me if this was standard or has it been painted for some reason? Thanks

Vavler has been getting noticeable more hot lately and noticed a pool of collant appearing when i stopped today - appears to be one of the engine reheating pipes....well this one; 77 00 853 580. Question is, can i just tape it with something untill i get it fixed without it burst instantly...

Right, ive got a picture a williams/16v maxi rally car and as well as the OE vent it appears to have a second "l-shaped" vent at the passengers side front of the bonnet. Obviously its gonna be hard to get one of these but is there anything that looks similar that could be salvaged from another...
