for the coilys, its a bit more specialist, you need '3D' alignment with coilys so the garage would need to have the equipment, then they can properly do camber etc instead of just tracking

depends how your fitting the seats, if your attaching them to your current runners then its optional, leaving them in would mean the runners would still be adjustable, taking them out would make the runners lower but very stiff so not really adjustable, and if your using a differrent subframe or...
