Bit of both probably lol
When I bought the car as soon as I saw it was racelands I was dubious, second cup iv owned though and in my mind the previous standard one was better.
Left the racelands on though for almost a year but got proper fed up of the crashing and banging so changed, standard...
Mines did this for about 3 months then fixed itself, picked up a spare sensor just in case though
Either wait and see, or replace the sensor which is the black thing sticking out the bottom of the passenger side wing mirror
Extra wear on the driveshafts iv heard? Cheaper ones can give a harsher ride and poorer handling, might have to do some hammer modifying to the arches too
I just put standard suspension on, car came with racelands, much much better now :)
yep this is pretty normal stuff mate, i just had an odd one where i called my insurance to tell them id put standard insurance back on (expecting the price to drop) and they told me they cant insure an unmodified car lol! luckily though im on non standard alloys :)
get yourself onto tiger.co.uk...
For that price you might want to get them to do it, I did a full dash light convert and IIRC the top dash has to come off to get to them, torque screw behind the inserts, pull the dash forward then up
There's a guide somewhere for the convert which includes those bulbs
As in the description mate they will fit with your standard shocks
Few people reckon the shocks won't last as Long though as they won't be sitting precisely where they were designed to, i wouldn't worry about it though
I wouldn't bother lowering it mate, standards are becoming rarer and by my science therefor cooler lol
For the antenna if the signal is really crap (like mine) it's probably the base that needs replaced as it has a built in signal booster which is a fairly common fail
Ha ha iv seen that happen to a few guys when i worked in a club (not bouncing) Probably a different sorta job though when I'm looking after the girls it's usually at lodges/houses private parties etc, so it's looking after the girls first an foremost, and anytime iv had problems the friends of...
Nasty story mate hope you get a good result at court, love the CS support youv received too :P
I think your actions may have escalated the situation, but so what, the alternative is to tuck your tail when someone is being a c**t?
Not hitting back was probably a good move too, I work part time...
Iv used vredestein snowtrack 2 and fulda something or the other winter tyres, would recommend both.
Tbh honest though I'd rather use the cheapest winter tyres in winter than any summer tyre, I was able to drive the clio through some obscene depths of snow
Something to do with load index maybe?
More important are the traction/wear/temperature markings, and if for winter look for either M+S or preferably a little mountain symbol
That's my understanding anyway, I'm no expert mind
If the fuses and connections are ok next step is making sure that it really is the earth wire, you get a basic circuit tester (screwdriver with bulb in it) for a few quid if it is the earth and the powers coming through then it has to be the HU I reckon
Head unit, speakers, and sub/amp if you want it. Keep the original stuff and put it back in when selling. Anything else is waste of money I reckon, but when I was 18 I spent a shut load modding a rubbish old diesel clio and ignoring older peoples advice lol
