http://www.venommotorsport.com/manufacturer_product.php?manufacturer=Eibach&category=wheel&product=Spacers&make=Renault&model=Clio
cheers for the replies
fk are the same or more expensive to be honest, no difference in it. not sure if i can justify £200 on spacers, £120 seems ok for the ones on ebay
searched for as many answers i could, just a quick couple questions though
i know i need the bolt to hub, then bolt wheel to spacer type. can i simply search for 4x100 hub centric spacers or do i need car specific ones?
also do people generally get eibach spacers or just any hub centric ones...
to be fair if i was looking for a cheap runabout i would look at alot of other cars before an rs clio
look at smaller engines ? mate got a 1.4 golf for £1100 and its pretty mint
yeah you might as well as it will save money in the long run mate
not sure who is closest to you, but taking it to just any garage who hasn't worked on these engines before can cost you a fortune as it wont be done correctly
about £1200 for the kit. see some proper performance gains off of it though
you could do 182 manifold and remap, will get an increase but wont be enormous. it will better power delivery though due to the map
could look at camshafts, not sure on prices for them, think there a cheaper option...
haha, i was expecting it to be bad. not that bad though
car is hideously chavvy.
loose the side skirts, spoiler, sun strip
and i could be wrong, but do you have an aerial fin at the front and rear of the roof ? wtf lol
yeah i know it is for his age, was just saying
depends where you live, history etc etc. what was your insurance last year ? and where are you getting quotes from ?
anyone got one ? opinions on it or about the brand ?
dont wanna fork out £150 odd for a duff steering wheel. its just im gonna be right near ktec tomorrow so will go buy one as i need a new steering wheel and they have some nice ones
cheers for any help
i dont know to be honest, previous owner had them fitted. my last clio didnt have them and christ this feels better to drive. so much more responsive and solid
