Just buy coil overs, if you get springs you'll wish you hadn't and end up buying coil overs anyway

Ball joints are generally £15-25 plus labour, say an hour at £40 So I'd say around £55 ish. Unless your car has expensive ball joints or they are a t**t to do on your car
