If you have 195/45/15's on, then they will look tiny and you will have reduced the overall radious of the wheel. This could mean your speedo reads higher (due to the car having to travel a shorter distance for one full rotation of the wheel), well, at least I think it will show you going faster...
I have tried 5 cars with a sat nav and none showed the same on the speedo as the sat nav stated.
Also ref the cruise controll, on my way back from rockingham, my speedo showed 65, my cruise controll is set at 63 and my sat nav said 61.
As long as you undestand now, then I suppose there's no harm done :D
Seriously though, I was simply saying what I thought was right at the time. I have since said that I didn't read it fully. :o
Believe in your own importance as much as you want, I don't feel as though I have to try to...
lol, not trying to prove you wrong, just didn't read it fully.
If you want to think that though, then so be it, whatever helps you get through the day. :D
I bought an iphone direct from Apple, I didn't use the PAYG sim card that came with it. I just signed up to o2 simplicity.

The phone was £440 from Apple, but........

Xbox came back yesterday. Was returned 6days after it was picked up.
Also received one months free xbox live. Halo3 tomight to celebrate (although I don't have Halo3 ODST, or OSDT yet).
I searched the site for info on the pads due to the price and the reviews suggest they are very good. I think I had the most luck searching for 'Predator' (lol), but still not a lot of info.
Would also be interested in the thoughts of anyone that has used them. I was going to go for the Brembo...
I enjoyed the day and it was nice and sunny. Was the first BTCC event I have been to and would go again (probably Croft and Knockhill) due to the distance.
You can see the full track used on the day pretty well (they didn't use the full circuit), so I was more than happy. There was also...
After me twisting about wanting to get it done quickly, I didn't get round to registering it for repair until late last week. It was picked up on Tuesday.
Anyway, microsoft site says it has been posted back (it was showing as "repair in progress" yesterday).
Hopefully get it back Monday or...
It'll be going to a bodyshop for sure, just waiting to see if the bus company are going to say they'll pay for it all, or if I need to go through my insurance.
Yes, only had it a short while, just under three months I think.
looks like the bus company may try to deny responsibility, they have had to send the CCTV and drivers accident report off to the insurance company.
I still maintain I gave sufficient space and indication to show where I was going and I was well within my rights to head to where I was going to...
At least get the belts done for that much. I have only had mine a few months and it took me a while to find the right one.
Mine is a 172 with slightly less miles but is the same age.
There are a few for sale, but not all of them are decent, the ones with service history etc do command a fair...
Car was rear ended by a bus today
The bus couldn't stop in time and just slightly hit the back. Only paint damage but still a HUGE annoyance as I have to get them to view the camers recording from the bus etc.
It's not straight forward, as I had to cut across a bus lane to park on a parking...
I think buying 'something faster' to begin with isn't always the way to go. People buy 'fast cars' and make them quicker all the time.
There will always be a faster car that someone could have bought instead of making their current car faster, but, to me, that is not the point.
Looks really quick, seems pretty smooth power delivery compared. Like it.
Did you do that with your door open, or you seatbelt off (not sure which light it is)?
