a fully synthetic 5w40 oil is what you need. Price and brand is down to personal choice though some are better than others and it depends on what you can get hold of

same grade but different brand will be fine providing it meets the specs

the noise this thing makes is awesome

New top top mount bearing and rubber went on today for the off side as I hadn't done it unlike the near side Old ones were a bit manky and tired after 50k Next to sort is the wonky exhaust, Airbag light and pads and they are doing the clack clack thing as I've got no anti rattle shims
