Where can I find all torque settings required for a 182? Calliper bolt setting etc?

I've heard that the powerflex bushes come with a small amount of grease to fit them with, if I were to need more grease, what should I buy? And can it be bought from a local motor merchants or halfords? Many thanks Jb
