i have 4points, even 3rd party fire and theft on a trophy is like 3500 or on a rb 182 its 2700. is a joke!! ha

i plug it into comp, it says do you want to connect, i click yes. Then it says like dotn touch, then goes onto a white and orange screen with a pic of tom tom one with a lead going into it and a silver screen. I click update on my comp and the screen just stays like it is, no change. anyone...
