Do you need that sprocket as well if you are going for the Megane/Clio3 Aux Belt Crank Pulley?

Does the Megane/Clio3 pulley also lock the bottom cambelt sprocket? Other than that, is it a straight swap? Does the locking procedure change? Out of stock :(
