that you can partition and format a new secondary hard drive? I'm sure its a start/run type application within xp??

I think they wont touch the zorst after even 1 year, good exscuse to get a proper stainless aftermarket one though! Just be glad you aint got a 225, a backbox for one is £1500! (but its a stainless system so hopefully wont rust (yeah right!)

sorted it by re installing windows, managed to recover my emails luckily, all now safely backed up! Going to replacee the hard drive I think as it might have some bad sectors or something

Right following on from my other topic I have a main c: drive that wont boot up so I've put it into another PC, any idea how I can get the emails that would have been in outlook off the hard drive now that its a slave drive and not the operating system drive? Why dont I do backups!!

thanks for the replies, it wont start in last good config mode or safe mode, I've took the c drive out and stuck it in another machine, it just freezes up on that one when loading, I've added it to the other PC as a secondary drive though and I can browse the fiels on it no problem. I'm thinking...

My comps poorly! The windows loading screen comes on and then the PC resets itself, gives you the screen where you can choose safe mode etc, but still just resets itself, havent changed anything recently, it recognises the hard drives too, any ideas?

ps someone should print this thread off and send it to renault HQ as a training document!

This ones more a demostration of the brainless service you get, again from renault pontefract.... On the megane we have rubber sucker things that hold the engine cover in place, when you remove the engine cover they come flying off and sometimes you loose them so you have to get replacements...

hmm I think it will be pretty close, they have a similar bhp/kerb weght to a standard megane 225 so they might be slightly quicker, maybe when rolling a fair bit faster but if the coupe is older not running 100% etc vs a newer 172 you might get closer than you think. Gourgeous car though always...

the 225 has a turbo heatshield on it as well as loads of heatproofing stuff, if you go on a run and then peek under it you can see the fecker glow sometimes hehe

pretty obvious any new renault will be superseeded with a few months of release, look at the megane! we had full fat trophy and cup all within 18 months! If you just bought a trophy you'll be pleased to know theres ANOTHER F1 "special edition" on the way. The clio trophy is the only true special...
