You could try non sports shocks / Springs from a lesser model

2 track days - one in the wet , one in the dry - i havent had the 888s but here are my experiences
In the dry they are brilliant - Warm up quite quickly and provide loads of grip , sidewalls are quite stiff as my tyre fitter found out
i usually start them off...
Good point - Maybe they should have left it in the hands of the Drivers and Teams that were competing that day , that were put in danger and had their race cut short :D
