ive got 1! running a volvo 440 1.7 turbo engine, finished it about a month ago, went fine for 2 weeks, then the head gasket went, so while ive got it off, the heads been sent away for porting and polishing, cant wait to get it back now!

on an rsi engine to change the shims to adjust the valves? if so, where can you buy them?

Just done a search on google for uprated/stiffer engine mounts for the clio 1, rsi, and i cant seem to find anything, anywhere. does anyone know of any companys making them? cheers.

check all connections on the alternator mate, even thu its still charged at the moment. then get a multimeter, measure your battery with the engine off, then with the engine on, should read higher with the engine on if its charging correctly.

hi everyone, just putting the finishing touches to my 440 turbo conversion, but ive come accross a tiny problem that im hoping somone on here can help with. can anyone tell which fuel hose is the feed and which is the return?? having looked all thru the haynes manual ive found i pic of them...

thought id post a couple of pics of my car after i decided to clean and polish it. first pics of it clean ith my new rims, which started off silver but i sprayed them black. in other words, just an excuse to post some pics, lol. just starting my 440 turbo conversion now :D...
