FK's in my opinion. Have been on my Cup for a couple of years now. Fully soft they are fairly compliant on the road and have a nice adjustment range for on track use. Depends entirely on your usage though. I'd suggest the FK's if you are going to properly make use of the suspension for track...

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news Im going to jump on the 'Don't like it' bandwagon because I think a 5 door hatch is less aesthetically pleasing than a 3....and thats just for starters. Im all for the turbo lump as of course it needs to happen but will the rest of the car its pulling along...

Two things amazed me in that video. The first was how much Nick had his hands in his pockets 'helping' and secondly, Nick with his hands out of his pockets actually helping! ;) Great little video that Mark.

No the kit I got second hand but if you have a look on Pure Motorsport they have a very good stud kit. Not cheap mind.

Really not any difference although you'll probably find the FK's are cheaper. I bought mine from Venom Motorsport. Im running 15mm FK's all round with a stud conversion. Are spot on.

Don't waste your time trying to make them work. For 'fit and forget' spacers I'd invest in the FK/Eibach ones. Delta Mics are horrendously heavy and when I fitted the ones I bought they stayed on the car less than an hour before I removed them. I didn't trust the bolts and they caused big...

Thats probably a 25-30 mph impact at the most. Clithole Vs Dry Stone Wall at that speed would do that sort damage easily. Anyway, generic Crashed Clio Thread comment, finger wag, naughty boy, lesson learnt etc etc.
