So you wouldn't take advantage of 0% finance?
If you would you rather pay out 700 quid in one go that's your personal choice, I would much rather spread the cost out over 10 months at no extra cost, instead spending the money I would have pulled out on a turbo and intercooler for a upcoming...
They were purchased through Spax in a round about way, purchased from Frank Michaux's other company Motorsport Tuning, all monies were paid to Spax.
This just reiterates that this company is a front for Spax to deflect bad customer service in my opinion.
So now you are saying Spax don't provide...
Just an update on this issue, the finance company have agreed to pay the amount back in full for the kit, as long as I pay (again) to send the kit back to Spax (again).
The finance company will split the carriage (both times) with me which I agreed.
Spax are still accepting no liability for the...
Just to add to this thread, if anyone does decide to purchase this kit in the future, I PERSONALLY wouldn't know why anybody would want to after reading through, take into account you MAY need to purchase spacers for the rear due to SOME of the kits rubbing.
I did, purchased two pairs of H&R 5...
Just a quick update after my account has been hanging in balance for the last couple of days.
The Spax issue is now in the hands of their MD, who is unwilling to speak to me
The staff at Spax are refusing to discuss the matter because its 'out of their hands' and also refusing to inform me of...
Spax quality issues seemed to have been brushed under the carpet..... How stran
Cheers p@blo, i agree, it's a shame this issue couldn't be dealt with between Spax and myself.

Exactly here, I'm not wanting to argue on just highlight the factual condition of my kit and lack of customer care performed by Spax.
Yes your right, everybody has their own opinion and if you chose to have the...

The kit is now surplus to requirements due to purchasing new OE dampers. This was due to my car being needed back on the road but mainly due to losing faith in the quality of their product. Obviously am not wanting...

I can neither clarify or deny whether the kit is 'top of the line' due to being unable to express my opinions in fear of my post being deleted or another member 'running to teacher'
Feel free to look at the pics...
After posting regarding a quality issue involving a Spax RSX kit which lasted 6-8 weeks, it looks like it has been removed.
So, if your looking for a coil over kit for your clio, do a quick search on here and you'll find nothing but good reports about Spax which will probably sway your...
Does anyone know this car on here?
My mate has had this for the last couple of years but seems to have a few niggles atm, just wondering about history.
Build quality issues, they are in the process of going back, after 6-8 weeks use and less than 250 miles
Maybe a one off so ain't gonna start slating Spax over it but I have went back to OE for the time being
Turinis with your standard tyres, front looks actually higher than standard with eibachs but rear is lower than before.
Did count threads and measure last week when I fitted them but have forgotten.
Will be taking wheels off again in next week or so, will check again
Fitted them last week but still in need of getting the wheel alignment done.
Does feel a lot more stable than the old set up
Problems I had:
Front tyres were fouling inside on adjustment rings so had to wind them up
Rear nearside tyre is rubbing on inside hitting the spring when pulling on drive...
