I have to disagree too! Mines not failed me yet, touch wood. Couldn't imagine my load times / pc any faster than it. It may not be no Samsung/Crucial in benchmarks, but it is a great drive for the money.

A bigger e-peen and a better benchmarks ;) I do also find my overclocks do help with gaming.

Overclocks. Whats everyone running at the moment? Currently sat at 4.5Ghz with my 3570k. I'd like to hit that magic 5Ghz but it seems like a bit hit and miss with the Ivy-bridge due to Intels poor IHS solution, plus i can't get my head around the z77 voltage controls at the moment.

2 ATI GFX cards. Would need a bigger PSU etc.

As Symon said, good info. I use Smart Defrag instead of Defraggler. These will speed up a PC to no end.

What spec PC do you have? Tried simple things like removing the battery for 10 seconds and trying, removing 1 stick of RAM then trying and then again with the other stick. Could be a range of things, have you looked through the error logs to see what could be causing it?

At least your mobo only needed 4 pins... i was unaware of this 8 pin malarkey until i went to build my recent i3570k system and my asRock needed it. The PSU i was going to use only had a 4 pin, was another day waiting to play :(
