    Intermittent wheel vibration

Recently a problem has been developing on my 182 where the wheel will shake reasonably violently at around 70-80 mph some of the time, but at no other speeds. At constant speed it will come and go. Any ideas on the likely cause? There is a few clunks when steering on the spot, no idea if that...

    Rstuner calibration issue help

It's strange as I used the 182 maps on that disc without any issue.

    changing coolant bottle

I would say you should be fine without bleeding the system, just drain enough out to empty the tank. If you do bleed it, you just undo the bleed screw until coolant dribbles out.

Hardly any pressure in the brake pedal

Try mole grips on the bleed nipple, usually gets them when they are rounded off.

    Returning to standard numberplate

It's BLZ 6444 - I think it would take a while to sell that!

    Returning to standard numberplate

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this... If I want to remove the terrible private plate that is on my car and return to the original, how do I go about that? As far as I can find out it will cost £80, and I have no intention of putting the old plate on retention so no fees there.

Anyone used the cheap lambda sensors on eBay?

It's such an important sensor it's worth spending money on.

'Oil' and 'Stop' light coming on

It's a oil pressure light rather than oil level light surely?

Plastic Tray Scrapping Floor Clio 172

The under tray is there for aerodynamics as well as catching fluids, I'd leave it there!

How to make your car bleep when locking it?

Mine does it sometimes, but more likely because the alarm is dodgy :s

    Is this legal?

    Only after 2001 though!

Short ABS noise whilst medium pressure braking

I have this, for me it's a cracked ABS ring, quite common.

Think I have found it, I need ST, L+R is summed.

    Amp setting - Input Mode

I'm setting up an old Alpine 3542 amp for a pair of components, what setting do I need for Input Mode? Obviously not mono but ST (Stereo?) or L + R (Left & right?)? I can't any instructions for the amp online, just a wiring diagram. :(

It will all be clearly labelled, just make sure you get the keys to remove the standard headunit!

Car very grumpy on cold starts

    I'd change lambda first.

    Unhappy with RS192 fitment...

An update on this - I have managed to get it straight, took far too much effort though. I had to remove the hanger at the back of the second box otherwise I would have had no chance.

    Lambda sensor?

There is pre and post lambda - pre will effect running of the car if faulty, post will just bring up the light on the dash if faulty.

    Underseat sub suggestions

I am looking for an underseat sub that will fit nicely under the drivers seat - I am looking at ones around £120 but some look a bit big. Any suggestions?

I always use Blackcircles and get them fitted in Ipswich, I have never found cheaper.

    Unhappy with RS192 fitment...

I'd be happy with that! Only Yates & Bloomfield Racing sell them, http://www.rs192.co.uk/page1.htm I tired myself and made some progress - fixed a sag at the cat join - but there didn't seem much I could adjust at the back end.

    Unhappy with RS192 fitment...

More money though, shouldn't have to spend another £70 to get it right! Hope so, it has the sound I was looking for.
