Recently a problem has been developing on my 182 where the wheel will shake reasonably violently at around 70-80 mph some of the time, but at no other speeds. At constant speed it will come and go. Any ideas on the likely cause?
There is a few clunks when steering on the spot, no idea if that...
I would say you should be fine without bleeding the system, just drain enough out to empty the tank.
If you do bleed it, you just undo the bleed screw until coolant dribbles out.
Not sure if this is the correct place to put this...
If I want to remove the terrible private plate that is on my car and return to the original, how do I go about that?
As far as I can find out it will cost £80, and I have no intention of putting the old plate on retention so no fees there.
I'm setting up an old Alpine 3542 amp for a pair of components, what setting do I need for Input Mode?
Obviously not mono but ST (Stereo?) or L + R (Left & right?)? I can't any instructions for the amp online, just a wiring diagram. :(
An update on this - I have managed to get it straight, took far too much effort though. I had to remove the hanger at the back of the second box otherwise I would have had no chance.
I am looking for an underseat sub that will fit nicely under the drivers seat - I am looking at ones around £120 but some look a bit big. Any suggestions?
I'd be happy with that!
Only Yates & Bloomfield Racing sell them, http://www.rs192.co.uk/page1.htm
I tired myself and made some progress - fixed a sag at the cat join - but there didn't seem much I could adjust at the back end.
