Wetten a towel (just a normal one from the bathroom) and place it over the flies and leave it for about 20 mins or so. You'll find the flies then come off with a wipe, and you don't end up harming your paintwork. It's also a hell of a lot easier than scrubbing!

No pics at the moment, but to give you an idea it was taken through a hand car wash that didn't wash their sponge properly.. Lots of swirls, a few scratches (none deep enough for your nail to get caught though) and generally quite dull. It's black.
Use a clay bar and some detail spray. Took the rust and baked on brake dust completely off my wheels, also didn't damage or dry the wheel out as some cleaners can do.

Yes. I had my catalyst crack where the pipe joins the box - that was after about 6 months. Had it replaced under warranty though. £800 minimum if you have to pay for it yourself!
