I bought a Sony Bravia 32" not long back for about £300, does the job nicely.
Built in freeview, yada yada, nothing amazing, but at £300 who's complaining.
Anything over 32" needs 1080p imo, which is quite a price hike.
Well, there's a whole host of security reasons, but I must admit in the end I got pissed off with it and now run constantly in admin mode :o
I think most businesses will follow suit, I think we shall here (not that it's my decision), there's no business case for the upgrade at all tbh.
Surely the same for Vista x86? Don't some recent games only run on vista also?
You do need admin rights on XP to install stuff, a standard user cannot.
I can see why people prefer XP, I do at work.
Hmmmm I read that as...
Vista, greater than ME, greater than DOS, greater than 3.1, etc.
You sure ;)
XP is better for business, however I like Vista for home, it's pretty, and never had a problem with it.
They are a LOT better than most standard seats.
They won't hold you as much as the Recaros in the 197 for instance but then they are a lot more comfortable for longer journeys.
Swings and roundabouts.
At full price they're hard to justify, as an after market option, but £250 bargain!!
The good stuff isn't :(
I was doing an evaluation of Double Take the other week, thought yes this is spot on but was shocked by the price.
Still bought it though :o
I've never used it at an Enterprise level but have found it very very useful and superior to ghost these days.
Think our IT chaps are migrating all of their current ghost operations to it soon.
I'd recommend the 1.2 16v.
They are fun little engines, and provide plenty of poke for getting around town, etc.
Plus insurance, tax and petrol will be reasonable.
On a serious note, for the price of a decent 172 you could get something faster.
Tuned MR2 Turbo, 200SX, etc.
However these cars would be older, and harder to live with daily, etc.
The advantage of a 172 is it's overall speed / price / usability.
