I am listening to everyone mate, I've gone right off the mini atm the St felt just as grunty anyway, then add that I won't need finance to get the st, no cambelt and it should be just a quick as the 182 but cheaper to insure and run all sounds good to me
The only benefit the mini has is better...
Insurance was another 500 for the focus and just looks too meh to me, the whole price of running is a lot more in general too
Very stuck between the mini and the fiesta and they're very different cars
What's everyone's thoughts on the fiesta st mountune 185,test drove one it felt really nice, smoother delivery than the clio and just as quick as the mini really,
19000 miles £6900.?
So I've just gone and had a test drive of them all and right off the bat I'm saying no to the 200,what the he'll have they done to the CS!? MORE low down grunt, then a massive nothing then a kick at 5500, felt so much slower than my standard 182, it didn't feel like I was driving it at all...
Was pretty much set on getting an R26 last night, got some quotes from compare the market and everything was cooshty, then I rang up my insurer asking how much it would be to change over mid policy and they just said no, end off, I don't want to cancel that policy as I can't afford not to get...
Hi, My steering wheel has been slightly off center since i bought the car, ive had the tracking done and all the pressures are correct but the car seems to be pulling to the left, any ideas what the problem could be?
Cheers
Exactly, getting an SSD in as a primary drive requires taking the glass off the front and that freaked me out lol, i did only have 4gb in both, one i5 the other an older C2D
I love the RAID SSD setup I have, max read theoretically over 1gb/s although limited by sata 6gb/s to about ~750 I think...
Loved my 24" and 27" but they really aren't powerful enough to run Photoshop, Lightroom and DXO at once, just sold both and got a silly spec pc for under a grand
As a daily retina mbp or iMac are the best (27 inch screen is gorgeous) but for power I needed windows again :(
How does it look cooler exactly? Lol
IMO if it's going to be a daily get the 182 if it's for the track as well get a CTR, the cup has no place for me, the 182 has the most kit, the CTR is faster and they're all in the same price bracket now.
+1
Take some more time to think about the whole deal before you jump into a 10k car
I'm your age, originally I was looking at getting a Zetec S or Ignis Sport, then because I had taken a while to decide I'd racked up enough to buy a 197, but then when I thought it all out it made more sense to...
Went in to HMV today to buy some beats by dre pro, didn't get them in the end as I was able to stand upto the marketing hype, but really want to know what songs were playing on them if anyone knows any of them would be much appreciated
They all look really good to me, the only ones that could do with a second going over are the ones with the really obvious halo around the main subject, you can make HDR images realistic when you remove small things like this.
Also try the rule of thirds on a few images but don't always stick...
This is what I'm saying, some people have no option when they need specific lenses, I'm not hating on Pentax, I quite like some of their bodies. All I'm saying is look at the whole system not the camera body itself, I'm not just argueing for the sake of it lol.
I
Show me the pentax 24-70 f2.8, 70-200 f2.8, 85 f1.2/f1.8, 300 f2.8, 400 2.8, 500 f4, 600 f4, 800 f5.6 and 1200mm! And then on top of that there's a lot of cheaper lenses from Canon and Nikon.
Like I said, you're buying into a system, and Pentax is very limited with lens choices
Plus saying the...
The 1.8 is sharper than the 1.4 at f2 and slower iirc
I'm not to sure about you're camera, but if it has only one cross type AF sensor in the centre, I'd stick to that one exclusively with that lens, and personally wouldn't bother with the 1.4, it's the old USM motor anyway so isn't that much...
It's not just the camera you're buying though is it, you're also buying into a family of lenses and accessories, I can't shoot anything other than Canon or Nikon simply because of the huge amount of lens options, You need to look into the future when you first start out, if its simply for snaps...
Don't buy Bose or beats, both overpriced big name brands that are no better than cheaper alternatives.
And don't buy any balanced armature headphones if you want more bass, dynamic drivers are much better if you want big bass, but saying that, I'd take my BA triple fi's over most dynamic...
So I dont even have the main CAF?
Just the one that runs past the battery to the acoustic valve, which doesn't open until 3k revs iirc?
So really, I do need to run the main feed
Fml lol
