Its a bug, mentioned on the last few pages. Basically it thinks its going to give you an unsafe release. Work arounds are either pit when quietest or do longer races where pit stops are spread out more
^ Crash into a wall at 200 :D
With deadzone at 5% it felt like there was far too much play in the wheel. 0% seemed to give you alot more initial bite into the corner and even at high speed there wasn't enough twitch to really worry about.
Talking about twitch you get a real feel for how twitchy the cars are when using the...
Ordered through Steam a few weeks ago but (as normal) it had already been uploaded to you know where so although I don't condone piracy I had already paid and was desperate to play so...
You have officially made me late for work. I was very skeptical that it wouldn't be Sim enough to take me...
Ive not really been catching certain questions so sorry if its been asked before but do you get to take part in the parade lap before the race? Bit sad but I always find this quite fun in other games
Um, you can get a Core i7 in the 15" MBP. It also mentions that its an nVidia GT330M inside it, comes with 500GB standard (admittedly not SSD but id take the double storage over an SSD drive).
If you spec both the Alienware and the MBP to as close to the same spec as you can get theres only a...
My old setup. You can get a little adapter for the brake pedal which makes it much easier to heel and toe. New setup currently consists of 2x24" screens with a 3rd being added for some awesome racing :D
Depends what you buy really. I had the official 360 one and it wasn't particularly great. It can be used without any stands or anything but does move around alot on your legs.
Other options available if your not at a desk are:
Expensive:
Cheaper:
The wheel to buy is the Logitech G25. Its...

^Free Ferrari F1 game for PC users. I imagine it will use the rFactor / rFactor Pro engine and should be very realistic. Looks like it could be good to cover the wait until F1 2010 is released.
If you got the phone from T-Mobile direct (eg phone/net/store) they are locked to TMUK. Unfortunately you won't be able to put a TMUSA SIM in as it will only take TMUK and Virgin UK SIMs. Even though TMUK and TMUSA are part of the same group the locking on them is country specific so the phone...
If thats the case then you just need to get your phone unlocked and stick a SIM in when you get there. Its kinda different to PAYG in the UK.
Looks like you can buy monthly plans or just do PAYG but call rates differ dependent on how much you top-up by. Also you get charged to receive texts...
dk's idea is the best. PAYG rates to call internationally from the States using a USA SIM are comical. Expect to pay around $1.50 a minute. The phone networks over there really do take the piss
Presume its films mainly as they will be shot for cinema and not for BluRay/HD Downloads so the aspect ratio will be set for the wider cinema screen compared to a home TV. Alot of studios do this as it shows the film how it was intended to be shown apparently

Phone Autoglass (making sure that your insurance does allow them to replace), he takes the payment over the phone and send someone out. Just make sure you tell them on the phone that its got the auto wipers, auto lights and heat reflective windscreen. Same happened to me above. They came out...

Loads of different setting in there to change what it actually shows. Customize the taskbar to keep it showing though if not Windows will hide it after a few minutes. Also worth changing the icon to the Windows Vista one as it suits it...
Do you connect your speakers to the green part which says "Audio Out Jack" which is in the thinner top part or do they plug into the same kind of socket but in the "expansion slot" part near the bottom of the PC?

I would wait a maybe a couple of years before splashing out on one. Just save up between now and then and get the best thats on the market at that time.
Sky officially launches its 3D channel with The Ryder Cup 1st October. The channel is live now showing previews. Sharp have already shown...

If thats correct then its an nVidia card so www.nvidia.com for graphics drivers, as for sound is it onboard or does it have a seperate soundcard?
Yeh just request your PAC code from your old network and it will take 2 working days to transfer over. Tesco will probably set you up with a temporary number and your old number will just move onto it on the day of transfer. Your phone will need to be unlocked if its not already
No catch, just a 30 day cancellation notice usually.
Tesco (use O2's network) are doing a £6 p/m deal with the same mins and texts (100 min/unlim texts)

Pretty good deal to get you on an 18mth contract @ £30 p/m for that phone. The RRP is one of the highest for that handset on T-Mobile. The reason they wouldn't of been able to do it on a £25 or below is the handset is on a list of "premium devices" that can't be done for any less than £30 p/m...
The Fanatec will set you back about 420 Euros for the same bits that you get with the G25 so quite a premium over it. It would be the GT3 RS Clubsport package you would want + shifter + table clamp for the full experience. You may not use the shifter but if your spending the money you might...
