Bike's not my department mate. My flat mate (joe) also uses this account. & if you're talking about the mean looking black down hill job which is sitting in the other room. Looks pretty finished ;)
I had this, Only a couple of days ago. Gradually got worse until I saw coolant pissed all over aux belt area where water pump seal had gone. Apparently it's uncommon for them to go but worth a check ;X

it's a modified alternator. I'm not sure if it's using the cup belt (am I right in thinking they're slightly shorter?). I will be checking.
I thought as much just thought I'd ask as it's a bit unexpected. Will defo change the belt

Hi guys n gals
Couple days ago aux belt started squeeling on turnover. Didn't think much of it but today I've
just noticed coolant in the belt area looks like the waterpump seals have gone.
Aux belt / tensioners / cambelt were changed last july.
My question is - is it advised to change the...
Can't hear it but its probably nothing. Mine got real tappy just before it blew out the shitty plug in #3 (and an oil change did help to begin with) As Hutchie said mate don't worry too much and get building something better. Tis the way forward
This evening about an hour ago pulling funny buggers behind me on Eastborne rd. Didn't get plate, little close for comfort there chap if you're on here. Picked the wrong Clio to play with, mind!
