Yep...I paid over the ods because Id had a look at a few and It was the cleanest one id seen. Plus I didnt have any plans of crashing the thing..lol
I have to laugh otherwise I'll cry
It looks like my car is a write off. But before they give me an offer next week I was wondering how much I should try and get.
2005 182 FF ( Very Clean )
both cup packs
25,000 miles
FDSH
I paid 10,000 5 months ago.
Its looking like im not gonna get my car back....I spoke to the repairer this morning and its pretty much f****d. These things happen I guess, its just a bummer that it took 5 years of driving before I smashed my first car.
the road has a 60 limit and I was doing roughly 40 around the bend. I was just going to quick for the conditions. The farmer said its a pretty bad corner and that I was the 3rd car in a month to have a smash.
Dont know it was to dark to tell. Front bumper and headlight smashed in also the passenger door wouldnt open. so im guessing some chassis damage. also suspension damage
Probably my worse chrimbo ever. On my way to a friends when i took a corner and lost all grip. The car just went straight into the hedge. I then had to wait 2hrs for the recovery truck to pull the car out.
Nice car mate!!! where dose the limiter kick in? looks like 8000 from the picks, but i thought they made Max P at 7250. I belive Renault have changed the gearing in 5th n 6th so it should be better to drive on the motorway..
From what i understood the ECM will run the engine richer for a period of time so exhaust temps can increase, this will cause the catalyst to heat up quicker and reduce emissions in a shorter period!!!
Dose it honestly matter..lol
Its probably either strut mounts I think renault do a mod for them. Or it might be knackerd CV joint, jack the car up and have a feel for any freeplay also check the gaiter for any leaks.
It will be the weather.... as it's colder your engine management will use more fuel to warm the engine up which means its running richer for longer. Hense the lower MPG
