I'd agree with you mate, engine specialist sounds like a good bet and I agree with the option of maybe somebody on here could help out too, obviously if i knew about cars, and you managed to get an engine at a good price id fit it for a pint down the pub!

late last year i managed to get a LG LH3000 32" FULL HD etc for £300 on ebay, brand new , they go for £400 in the shops! i did a lot of reasearch before i bought this one, and it seemed the best one at that price! and i love it!
write them a FOMAL letter, stateing that you wish to return the car whithin the 14 day customer garantee time for a complete refund
or just turn up at the garage with your recepit and tell them you want a refund
eitherway they have to pay you
maybe becuase its been in an accident, and hes repaired it himself with normal clio parts becuase they are cheaper? or he had a damaged clio and hes took the bitsds off and put on the sport?

im confused which Exalto tyres to get,
195/45/16 im looking at (205's are too expensive)
i noticed some places say XL eithers do not, also 80v or 84v
which ones do i need?
