I dont think it fits!
I cant remember which coilpack bracket you have but i much prefer the brackets which hang on to the side of the engine so its away from the Manifold!
I dont Smoke, go on the p1ss all the time or have kids, but i do have a mortgage and a GF.
But i work very hard trying to build a career, hence why i am working in the US atm!
I look after my money and spend it on things that make me happy! I do 99% of the work on my own cars so i save lots of...
Oh right thanks Tony.
I've bought Marks AST Sportline 2 Coilovers + topmounts so thats why i was just asking.
I know this is a bit of a ball ache but can you tell me your Front Camber + Toe settings and what "clicks" you have on your damping and rebound and what weight balance you have front...
Hi guys, I just had a quick question regarding your "Set up" when you go to each race!
What is it that you adjust from track to track with you set up. Are you mainly just adjusting the Damping & Rebound or do you also make camber changes at every track?
I understand the need to adjust camber...
Just give all the calipers a good bleed untill the pedal is nice and firm again!
If the fluid isnt that old then you might not notice a difference in colour!
Ben the ABS pump controls the bias! If you do what you say you will always lock the rear wheels.
I did a lot of research into getting rid of the ABS on my car and the only safe and certain way is to fit the 172 cup set up!
Great progress on the car!
What spring rates do you have on your AST's? I tryed looking through the thread but i couldn't see if you had mentioned it before!
Great driving guys, just watched the last video you have uploaded. Your both fantastic drivers, a pleasure to watch!
With another years experience under your belt do you think that you could win the championship next with the car pretty much as it is?
Wouldn't a Megan Engined 197 be pretty much exactly the same build as what you already have mark?
At least the DC5 would be something completely new! I would be interested to know what your build sheet consists of!
Oh My!! Looking nice! I hope your going to put as much effort in to tarting up the actual engine!
Is there much more fabrication work to do? Or are you at the stage of just sticking parts to the car?
The DC5 offers a wider range of chassis adjustment with it having double wishbone suspension all round! Also as Mark has said there is a huge range of fancy anodised parts which suits Marks Bling appeal/taste. Just need to keep him away from those huge body kits!! ;)
With the same level of hard...
I took lots of pictures when welding it in.

My project thread might help :)
Yeah thats what i thought, its the same as my cage but i didn't put the bars through to the bulk head. I just ended up adding a bar to the side sections of the cage where your doors are and then adding harness bars.
So Ash what have you decided to do now? To dip or not to dip? I just thought if you wanted to get rid of the sealer underneath the car then just get one of those flapper discs on a angle grinder and remove it all that way! Thats where most of the weight will be lost!
Risky, but clearly you've put a lot of thought into it so fingers crossed it works. I suppose if it doesnt then reverting back to the simple Cup set up wont be too difficult.
I look forward to seeing the Dipped shell lol (sounds so geeky)
