    Spax quality issues

Kanban isn't about quality management though. It's a technique for optimizing a manufacturing process regarding it's economy. Just another proof that the SPAX guys are utter tools... I guess they aren't even ISO9001 certified.

    Best place for iTB's

How can you have a wideband display if you are using a narrowband sensor? Narrowbands can't give you an exact afr value.

    Best place for iTB's

Set up wrong then unless your wideband controller is simulating a narrowband sensor (which isn't optimal btw).

    KTR Centreline

    LOL @ KTR's product policy/piratery...

Lost my Iron-X virginity, then took some pictures.

Cool stuff. But who the f**k balanced your wheels?

    Noob alignment setup question

Different wheel diameter + same toe angle = more/less "toe in/out distance"

    Noob alignment setup question

It doesn't affect the toe itself, just the value when measured in mm.
  11. mr.pink87

    Noob alignment setup question

If the toe is measured/stated in degrees (proper), changing wheels will not affect it. It does change when you state it in mm. Laser alignment system should use degrees as this is the proper way.

    My red ph2 (non sport)

I'd sort that reverse rake. Apart from that it looks pretty smart!

    Where is this coming from?

Looks like a bit of oil residue coming from the breather on top of the gearbox. No need to worry as it's normal.

    Ph2 172 EC1/ATP ITB map needed

I've got a base map for this setup which works pretty good. Might be a good start to begin with. Drop me a PM with your email adress and i'll fire it over.

Haters Are REALLY Going To Hate

I'd like to see the clovers without centre caps on your trophy. Might look better/a bit more "sporty".

    "Fast road" setup?

Weitec's are fine. Rebranded KW coilovers. DS2500's are overkill on a road car. A fresh set of OEM pads is totally sufficient. LOL @ all the guys bumming springs and cup shocks over a quality and properly set up coilover suspension...

    Bilstein B14 or H&R Coilovers

Spring rates, valving on the dampers and rear height adjusters are different. H&R's are firmer and can be set lower than Bilstein's. I'd go for the H&R's (run them on my 172), they are around 300 quid more than the Billies though.

Disc and Pads for Road use only

If you prefer to pay K-tax on average products... Contact G172 on here. Order a set of Brembo HC discs and OEM pads. Job done.

Disc and Pads for Road use only

OEM brake pads are better for road use than proper track/race pads as they don't need much heat to work properly.

172 Cup Engine in a mk1 Pedal Box??

All ph2/3 non sports run EPAS.

Does the clio 2 extreme 1.2 16v (2005) have an egr

Many petrol engines do have an EGR. The system you are referring to is a secondary air system (helps the cat converter to reach light off temperature earlier).

Swapping over pedals on a 1.2

Accelerator is plug&play (depending on cable driven or drive-by-wire). The other pedals are a bit more tricky. Easiest option is using only the pedal covers from the 1*2, drill your pedals in the correct position and rivet the covers on.

Pipercross or ITG sausage filter with backplate. Wouldn't use the "strap-on" ones.
