If theres no other way then just ducktape it, just wrap it really tight and put loads on and spread it over a good few inches from the split.
And only drive it to go pick up the part.
Just to let you know, I bought my RSI for a grand. I think a was very lucky finding it but I also looked at a few others which wernt to much more. If your desparate to sell then lower the price.
And as said, people think modded means ragged about.
Plans are sounding good!
First Sunday of September there's a classic rally round pembrokeshire. My great grandad and his mates set it up years ago, few thousand people go now. I'll let you know the details if you fancy it?
Personally I wouldnt both with the stretch/split ones. I tried it and ended up getting a proper one a few days later.
Its just when you pull the shaft out, all the oils gunna come out to, so just get a clean bucket and fill it back up after.
I think I wrote a guide in someones post a few...
Why were you doing 100mph to get there, aint that good of a day that you need to do 100mph ;)
Seems your ok though?
Anyway to get it to the show? Someone might have some bits there to sort it out.
There meant to be like that IIRC. There is a document issued by VOSA that you can print out and take along to the MOT station.
Did it fail the MOT or did they give you an advisory?
There were OZ f1's that were sold on the car and then there were OZ f1's that were sold separate but were almost the same. The difference being the number of holes IIRC.
The ones Scattle has posted arent either I dont think.
Technically no. Not allowed to be driven on public highway.
You could push it around I suppose. But if someone breaks in or crashes into your car, you wont be covered.
Im guessing you mean the 2 strut bolts?
Just shake the strut and wiggle the bolts. There only hard to get out because of pressure on them holding it in, if you know what I mean?
Newest lightroom is probably all you'll need for most things.
If youve got the space and your acquiring it somewhere other than Adobe ;) then cant harm having it.
^ I bought a glowy keyboard and got the 15" screen with 500gb HD, 4gb ram with i7 for free ;)
Got it at a good price I think and blagged a free bag too.
Isnt this like the 18th posted youve made about buying one?
Just f**king buy it dude, longer you wait, the next best thing will be coming out then you will want to wait for that. Decide if you want a laptop or desktop and then get the best you can afford.
