Solid state drives,
Read somewhere that you can just add them. This true?
So you have a spinny HD and a solid drive to or do you have to buy it fitted? And is there software that can turn off the normal drive so its not spinning at all?
Does that make sense?

I know youve already posted in it, its pretty much the same conversation though.
For what it looks like you'll be using it for Id say the macbook, mine lasted 3 years.
Waiting on my insurance vouchers to come through and gunna go get a macbook pro next week I think.
Now whats the deal with the mac accounts? You have to pay a monthly fee right? and whats the pros and cons?
So to continue where I left off...
Equinox have said that its beyond repair so they are sending me vouchers to cover the value of the most current macbook. Yay.
When I was booking it in for repair I asked about having the old HD back as I can transfer the data at uni. I didnt do it before it...
Just get a PAYG sim, Im sure there something called a 'Gold sim' PAYG which is what my friend gets when she goes over to China and just gets a new one each time, there only a couple of quid.
Coz I bought it from Curry's and I bartered almost £200 off it when I got it.
To be fair I had a camera repaired through the Curry's insurance and they did a good job on that.
The machine is 3 years old now and it was getting very hot even on idle it was 70°c+, the fans were on full blast...
My macbook packed in this week. I have a mastercare plan, through Curry's who then outsource the work to a company called Equinox.
I phoned them to book it in and Equinox are meant to phone me to arrange picking it up. Call never came. Phoned and had to book it in again, same thing, no call...
Is it like the one in the bottom picture?
I thought mine was a front one but if its the same then its obviously a rear one.

We could have shared lifts! Were you going to ur parents?
I went for some munch at the services and while I was sat there I realised it was where I went to my first meet with the Saxp lot. All the CS crew were there too but nobody came over to us and none of us went over to CS for a chat...
He will have put in his highest price he wishes to go to, so it will just keep beating you till its over his budget.
Its not even met the reserve yet and he wont say what it is.
Get a dipstick from scrap yard or maybe halfrauds.
You dont want a shitty filter, you want an oil filter, ask in Halfrauds or have a look in the book for your model.
