Hey, Anyone know the alternator ampage on a 1.2 16v 02 clio exteme? Also what type of oil filter they use? My alternator has died a painful death and its due a service + timing belt so im brinign it in to work (Citroen) so the lads dont have the details at hand Cheers in advance!

For the 16v, petrol works, get a old cloth and dab a bit of petrol on it then rub it over the 16v sticker, this makes it easier to peel off and dosnt damage the paint work (it also gets the little sticker outline off!)

Hello! I've not posted much but been a long time reader of cliosport and though I'd ask the experts. I have a rattle on my engine (02 Rer Clio 2 Phase 2) it sounds like its coming from the fan belt/water pump area. Theres no loss in power from what I can tell and everything ticks over fine...

mine is a bit rattley when idle and i use regular 95.... ill have to fill up in a few days like so ill defintly give it a go im not to fussed on the extra price aslong as it stops sounding fkin rough! .... couldnt give a monkies about the performance lol
