Yes.. Yes they do, but mine steams even when warm, as I said. It's not normal for it to steam after an hour run... Can anyone who had this problem with a standard exhaust an now how have an aftermarket one, confirm it stops the steam???

I have read somewhere that apparently when turning off and locking quite quickly the ecu is still sending signals to the alarm saying the ignition is still on, once it realises it isn't it locks (after the beeping) how true this is I do not know... Shall investigate tomorrow

if its the alarm arming then why doesnt it do this everytime?? it only beeps once in about every 10 times?

Hi, I have just brought a 2004 182, and have noticed a beeping sometimes when locking the car. it is 3 short beeps after pressing the central locking button on the key. it doesnt happen everytime, just now and then. I have read the manual and cant find anything... any ideas???

yeh already have, it was up for 4300 i think so got 500 off, which should cover all if not most of the belt change.

So even with looking you wouldn't be able to tell if it has cup suspension? If the car does have it is there proof of this in the log book as a previous post has said?

It's only on 44k and on a 54 plate. Didn't think it had the cup spoiler as there was no Splitter, is there anyway to tell if it has cup suspension from looking at it?
