You can pick up a mint 200 for a decent price now. If we're talking a year or two old (11, 10 plate etc) a well specced one inc Recaros, Speedlines etc can be had for 13/14k with low miles on.

They quote 5 years or 72k miles. If you do the 72k at the 5 year mark, that peice of rubber has not only lasted 5 years, but also been driven for 72k miles. So youre telling me its just as worn as one with 00080 miles on, I dont think so. It detioriates i get that, but not that much, no chance.

I was meerly stating a fact that you have to remeber that you will be paying more up front, not everyone has read the whole thread.

Each to their own, because condition would normally be decent if only covered low mileage so irrelavent really. Low mileage is vital IMO, hence newer cars ftw.

Silver. Ive always had black wheels on my 2 previous cars, now got my 182 which is silver on silver and i like the look. Looks cleaner/fresh with silver wheels on.

always liked the MK2 Ph2 shape clio (best shape theyve done) had a 1.2 16v for my first car, and always wanted the 2.0 182 so bought one. Had to be 182 though as I love the rear exhausts, wheels etc.

Im not argueing which is better, I prefer the Clio 200 and so do they. The impreza is nice but with only two of them going out in the car, 5drs isnt needed.

Well put it this way, they used to own a Blob STi, servicing came to a tad over £700 at a dealer. a big service mind you, but not the point.
