if its fitted correctly and its not a cheap exhaust then you shouldnt need any.

do a search, very common its the seals round the bolts on the rocker cover. no big deal

i was going to say about checking your gearbox mount is tight, but if you have some on order no point really, no not contacted them, been to busy with work, they will arrive one day :) what about your dogbone mount bushes? that give you a grinding noise when you pull off, i would uprate that...

exhaust manifold hitting subframe 1st/2nd giving it some, mine does it, have ordered uprated engine mounts from ktec but its been 3 weeks and no mounts!!!!!!!:mad:

if you use those screws the first corner you take will pull them out, i used 13mm nut/bolt and washers to secure mine, drill the holes and paint them to stop rust! if you take the strut top mount nut off pull down on the strut and you can tighten the nut/bolts up. :approve:

check your thermostat housing for white/greeny powder had this on my last 172, its only a seal, otherwise get the system pressure tested.

5000 rpm kick is the vvt which you loose when fitting the new cams.

I did it on my last clio, worked a treat but the whole system was so stiff the weld failed on my centre section lol

i had mine changed at 38k and four years old and one of the plastic pulleys had a number of hairline cracks in it! take note.
