Im also guilty of using car washes. Saves loads of time for lazy b*stards like me. Shame I gotta get all the scratches out now for the shows Im goin to
Need my car shining up before fcs but dont know where to go to get it done. Ive got car wash scratches in the paint from when I was lazy and it looks a mess now the suns out! Who do I go to to get it sorted out? A valeter or a bodyshop? How much do you think itll cost to get it done?
Took it off and fitted it back on. Was a bast*rd getting the bottom bit out of the dash, but was easy to get it back in. Put it in the dash then gave it a hard pull down and went in, then just lined up the clips and gave the cover a whack and they all clicked into place
Have no idea what these are called, but hopefully youll know what I mean. Inside the car next to the front window, theres a plastic cover on each side that goes from the dash to the roof. I need to take one of these off, but have no idea how you do it. Do you just pull it, or slide it?

Ive managed to get most the scratches out with a lot of buffing and tcut, but in a few places theyve gone right down to the primer. One scratch is about a foot long and another about 10 inches or so, which Ive managed to buff down so it looks like a mark. Even so, I cant do anymore buffing as...
Someone last night had keyed my car or scraped acorss it with something :( Got a nice long scratch going along the side of the car at the rear now. My car gonna look a right state for fcs now :(
It couldnt have been done my accident either, as I park on my driveway all the time, and not...
Where the clock is, the surround just pulls off as its glued into plastic clip things, but be careful as theyre fragile. Just get a thin screwdriver and slowly work your way around the plastic, being careful not to snap the clips or damage your dash material
