not sure why other 1*2 owners would be jealous tbh but thats just me, i chose the racing blue as i prefer the look and didnt like the capsicum red and i wanted xenons etc.
either way though all the rs range are awesome motors with what has to be the most most fun factor per £ going
in total i got through 2 yeah lol only cos im fussy and relegate the clay to wheels only clay if its had a lot of use on the paintwork
i split it into smaller chunks but they got so sh*tty that i dont wanna use them on the paintwork again
couldnt beleive how much came off, i had to do it as...
ive used all sorts of clays ranging from the megs to the sonus greens and greys etc but i find that the megs white clay which comes with their detailing kits to be the best clay for getting the worst bits of crap off the lower parts of the car without being too abrasive like the sonus grey...

the sub is in as new condition as it was mine, the lad bought it off me but has decided not to fit it

you need a whole new wheel as you cant just replace the rubber grips :(
some people have managed to blag it under warrenty as a defective item, other have not been able to, its pot luck at the dealers
the wheels itself costs a fortune but a few do come up on ebay for good prices
im in a similar boat to you matey but tbh the savings will be minimal between the 2 cars (ctr and 182)
my thoughts are more towards looking for a mint standard example of a 106 gti or 306 gti or a vts
they are the only cars out there imo that will offer the same fun and thrill factor of a hot...
lol whenever i get a maccies i have to try and reach behind the misanos and stick my coke in the rear cup holders/pockets until i get home, if i try and stick it in the front half of it pours all over the gear gaitor :(
