The only thing that will work and last is GTechniq C1, which is about £35. Otherwise just get it sprayed as suggested, but then the paint will probably chip...

Saying Renault paint is soft is a sweeping statement - Black Gold certainly isn't, and neither is the Deep Black on my R27. As said on DW, go for Menz Polishes and Sonus Pads - best learner combo IMO.

Cornering lights then? I've noticed some have darker lights, like on the 197?

'Normal' 200, Cup Suspension, Recaro's, probably black Speedlines, and in... black or red. Climate too if that's an option, oh and Xenon's. As close to R27 as possible I guess. I've not started looking properly yet
